Thank you for shopping with Privai. Here is how and when your order ships.

Order processing

Orders are processed in 2 to 4 business days. During peak periods, processing can take up to 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays.

Shipping rates

Standard Ground: flat 8.00 USD
Standard Ground is free on orders of 150.00 USD or more
Express: flat 15.00 USD

The rates available for your order are shown at checkout before you pay.

Carrier and delivery

We ship with UPS, Monday through Friday. We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We are not able to ship to PO boxes. Delivery times depend on the destination and the service selected at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to delivery.
