Who can apply for wholesale access?
Licensed spas, esthetician studios, massage therapy practices, boutiques carrying skincare, hotel and resort spas, and other wellness professionals serving clients with retail or back-bar skincare needs. We review every application individually.
What are minimum orders?
Opening orders typically start at $500. Reorder minimums are lower. We structure tiers for boutique-to-mid-size operations rather than warehouse-volume buyers.
How long does onboarding take?
Most accounts go from application to first order in 5 to 10 business days. We're a small team, so you'll work directly with Erin from your first email through your ongoing orders.
Do you offer back-bar and retail pricing tiers?
Yes. Back-bar pricing is structured for treatment use; retail pricing is structured for resale margin. Both are available to qualified partners.
Where do you ship?
Currently the continental United States. International partners by inquiry.
When will the full wholesale portal be live?
We're rebuilding our wholesale ordering system on Shopify's B2B platform, with a target of late 2026. Until then, all orders go through Erin directly, which means you get human attention on every order.
