Happy Valentine’s Day
Love is like sinking into a warm bath at the end of a hard day. It’s trusting enough to expose the messy, complicated parts of you that are not Instagram-perfect. It’s knowing that although they hold all the tools to break your heart, they’ll build you up instead.
Love is being present, becoming so entranced in the sunlight, or the birds in the sky, or the taste of your warm ginger tea, that you forget about the stress of the world, if only for a moment.
Love is when you’re challenged, seen, provoked into thought, and most of all, safe. When someone wants to know the real you, all of you. When you continue to be supported and support another throughout healthy transformations in life.
